The federal police had an unusual operation at Munich Airport. Because a couple couldn’t keep their distance from each other, they are now facing investigations for causing a public nuisance.
A love-struck couple on a plane to Munich has triggered a police operation at the airport. The 44-year-old man and the 40-year-old woman “surrendered to passion and performed sexual acts on each other” in their seat row in front of other passengers on the flight from Alicante, Spain, the federal police announced on Thursday. When airline employees asked the two to stop, the couple became abusive.
The federal police at Munich Airport were therefore alerted on Wednesday because of so-called “unruly passengers”, i.e. aggressive or violent passengers. The officers entered the plane at the gate after landing before the passengers were allowed to disembark, said a spokesman for the federal police. The man and the woman then “stopped what they were doing” and followed the instructions of the federal police officers.
