The date of the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards is set. The annual music night takes place this time in September.
Of course, the famous MTV Video Music Awards will be presented again in 2023. Now the broadcaster announced both the date and the place of the event. On Tuesday, September 12th, the who’s who of the international music scene will once again gather at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Taylor Swift cleared in 2022
The MTV VMAs also took place in this location in 2022. Last year, Taylor Swift (33) left the stage as the big winner of the evening: she delivered the video of the year with “All Too Well”. The singer also won awards in the categories “Best Long Version Video” and “Best Director”.
Nicki Minaj (40) acted as a moderator last year. It is not yet known who will take over the position this year. It is also not yet clear which stars will appear or be nominated.
