Oleksandr Tkachenko was the director of the 1+1 television group, which is owned by the oligarch Ihor Kolomoiskyi – and which helped Volodymyr Zelenskyy win the 2019 presidential election. Tkachenko has been Minister of Culture and Information Policy for two years.
