The biggest success

Mike Heiter completed training as a vehicle mechatronics engineer and worked as a team leader for a baggage handling company at Düsseldorf Airport. In 2017 he moved to television. He was a candidate in the first season of the RTL2 show “Love Island”, where he met the Swiss Elena Miras. In 2019, Heiter and Miras took part in the RTL program “The Summer House of the Stars – Battle of the Celebrity Couples” and emerged as the winners of the fourth season. In 2020, the reality TV couple had their first show together: they hosted the series “Just Tattoo of Us” on RTL+.

Why is he going to the jungle camp?

He’s come very close three times – now Mike Heiter is finally heading into the jungle himself. In 2020 and 2023 he traveled to Australia as a companion, first with his then girlfriend Elena Miras, then alongside his friend Luigi “Gigi” Birofio. In 2021, Heiter took part in the format “I’m a Star – The Big Jungle Show” and took third place. The winner at the time, Filip Pavlović, was allowed to take part in the jungle camp in 2022 – and won the crown. Mike Heiter now dreams of this too. To do this, he wants to show his gentle side around the campfire and allow for emotions.
