No, it’s not a typo. Unemployment is now the biggest challenge for the economy. It is, so to speak, the opposite of unemployment, which Gerhard Schröder created Agenda 2010 to combat. While unemployment means too many people can’t find jobs, unemployment means too much work can’t find people to do it.
