Only a year ago, Madonna moved into the house in California for 19 million, now she wants to get rid of it again.
Just a year after the purchase: Madonna (63) is auctioning off her property in California. The singer would have $ 26 million according to media reports gladly for the luxury villa, so the equivalent of around 24 million euros.
Madonna bought the house just over a year ago for a bargain price of $19 million. The previous owner of the property was The Weeknd (32). The Canadian rapper bought the property in 2017 for $18 million.
In 2020, The Weeknd put the house up for sale for $25 million. But no one grabbed it until Madonna was able to strike at a bargain price. So now she is pursuing the same sales strategy as the previous owner.

The house that Madonna wants to sell is in Hidden Hills. As the name suggests, the small town is a hidden area in Los Angeles County. The housing estate, which is guarded by private security services, attracts many stars, such as the Kardashians or Justin Bieber (28).
The property is approximately 1,160 square meters. The house has eleven bathrooms, its own cinema and a basketball court in the garden.
