Luke Mockridge has to cancel five dates of his tour without replacement. The artist is suffering from Corona and explained: “I’m not feeling well”.

Luke Mockridge, 33, has Corona and therefore has to cancel appearances. The comedian explained on Instagram to a picture in which he is sitting alone on a stage: “No! I have it. Shortly before the end of my tour I have to cancel the last five shows due to corona disease. I’m not feeling well…”

The sold-out shows “could not be made up for production reasons,” he said in his post. “Tickets can be returned at the pre-sale points where they were purchased.” The shows in Bremen, Cuxhaven, Osterholz Scharmbeck, Olsberg and Gütersloh are affected. Mockridge added: “I’m particularly sorry for the last 4 shows as they’ve had to be postponed so many times for various reasons. See you next year. So sorry”. The comedian wanted to tour Germany from mid-July to the end of August for his show “Luke Mockridge – A Way Back to Luckyland”.

In 2021, Luke Mockridge was confronted with allegations that quickly outraged the public and spread via social media. Ex-girlfriend Ines Anioli had publicly claimed that there had been an attempted rape in the relationship. Prosecutors have since dropped the investigation into Luke Mockridge. Because there was no sufficient suspicion against him. The presumption of innocence must apply to him. But his image has suffered greatly from the allegations.

However, a real shitstorm broke out on the Internet under the hashtag #Consequences for Luke, which caused Mockridge to withdraw from the public eye in September 2021 by March 2022. His tour was set to be something of a comeback, but it wasn’t even fully booked at some venues.
