The channel has just announced that it is back for a twelfth season. Heroine of the series Clem, broadcast on TF1, Lucie Lucas never tires of her first role that she has been playing for ten years. The young woman she was at the start of the series has become a mother of three children and has come to go green in Brittany, where she owns an ecological farm. An activist committed to the defense of the environment, the actress will be a candidate in the regional elections in her adopted region alongside Daniel Cueff. The former mayor of Langouët (Ille-et-Vilaine), known for his fight against pesticides, will lead an ecological list but not affiliated with any political party.

Placed in fourteenth place on the Côtes d’Armor list, Lucie Lucas will not be in an eligible position and will not be able to sit on the regional council, even in the event of victory of her list “Brittany my life”. By name, well known to fans of the TF1 series, the actress and model aims to change things. “The National Assembly voted for the Climate and Resilience bill: a text of renouncements and definitely insufficient in the face of the climate emergency we are facing”, she declared a few days ago, criticizing the policy pursued by Emmanuel Macron.

“Allow citizens to take their place”

Installed not far from Dinan, the 35-year-old mother clarified the reasons for this engagement in an interview granted to West France. “The values held by Daniel, both in terms of ecology, equality and participatory democracy, convinced me. We must allow citizens to resume their place within the current political system, ”she explains.

To lead his “Brittany my life” list, Daniel Cueff also convinced the great chef Olivier Roellinger and the sailor Anne Quéméré to join him. He also did not hesitate to entrust the head of the list in Morbihan to Benjamin Flohic, a 20-year-old student. Well known to the general public since his high-profile fight to ban the use of pesticides within 150 meters of homes in his town, the former mayor hopes to carve out a place in this ballot which promises to be undecided in Brittany. Outgoing president, the socialist Loïg Chesnais-Girard will have to face in particular his former vice-president Thierry Burlot, candidate LREM. The ballot will take place on June 20 and 27.
