The Ukrainian parliament wants to ban music by artists with a Russian passport and the import of books from Russia. In future, exceptions will only apply to musicians who have condemned the attack on Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky has yet to sign both laws. There’s little doubt that he will.
