Normal potatoes, on the other hand, only contain 70 calories. Whether green or black – olives are really healthy thanks to the many unsaturated fatty acids. But also high in calories. 100 grams of green olives have around 130 calories. Black olives even 350 calories. If you want to lose weight, you should avoid these healthy fattening foods.
