Swedish royals congratulate on the ESC victory

Of course, the Swedish royals also took the opportunity to celebrate Loreen’s ESC victory. They congratulate her on Instagram.

Last weekend, the Swedish singer Loreen (39) wrote music history and won the Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden for the second time. The royal family took the opportunity to publicly congratulate the singer on her triumph in Liverpool.

In a formal letter from King Carl XVI. Gustaf (77) and Queen Silvia (79) of Sweden, which was shared on the royals’ official Instagram accountit says: “Loreen, the European television viewers were again fortunate to experience a euphoric song and dance performance from you. We congratulate you on your commitment and historic victory at the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool.”

Loreen writes ESC history

Loreen won the ESC in Baku in 2012 with her song “Euphoria”. At the weekend she convinced again with her song “Tattoo” and secured the ESC trophy for the second time. So far, only Johnny Logan (69) has managed this in 1980 and 1987.
