Liverpool wins 3-0 against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium thanks to goals from Curtis Jones (33’/36′) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (71′). And thus brings the seventh victory in the premier league in series!

In the second half, Liverpool doesn’t let anything burn. And put the lid on it with a dream goal! After a short free-kick from Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold hits the far corner to make it 3-0 (71′).

The three moves Liverpool closer to the Champions League places and puts pressure on Newcastle United and Manchester United. Both have one point more than the team from clop and one more game in hand. Recently, however, they dropped a few points.
So Liverpool could get involved again in the race for qualification for the premier class. It hadn’t looked like that for a long time: after matchday 29, Liverpool were already ten points behind in fourth place and didn’t even have their sights set on fifth place in the Europa League.
At the end of the season, Liverpool meets Aston Villa (home, May 20) and Southampton FC (away, May 28), who have already been relegated.
For opponents Leicester, however, it looks bleak. Due to the bankruptcy, the champions of 2016 remain in 19th place. The gap to table 17th, Everton, is two points.
For Liverpool and Klopp, on the other hand, there could still be a happy ending at the end of a complicated season…
