Live. Bad weather in Isère. A man dies electrocuted, still no trains on the Lyon-Grenoble and Chambéry-Grenoble lines

In total, according to the Codis (Departmental Operational Centre for Intervention and Rescue), the Fontaine Alert Processing Centre (CTA) for the 18th in the Isère department received 900 calls related to the bad weather on Tuesday evening.

The majority of these requests for assistance concerned flooding of premises, a large proportion of which were in the Morestel and La Tour-du-Pin area.
In total, the firefighters of Sdis 38 carried out 196 interventions.

In the south of Isère, it was the Grenoble conurbation which was most affected by flooding of premises, but in a proportion not comparable to certain sectors in the north of the department, since “only” around twenty interventions concerned the whole of the south of Isère area.
