Interview by Julian Schmidt-Farrent and

Andrea Wolff, 52, has been a bailiff in Bremen for 21 years. She visits people at home who haven’t paid their rent, their phone bill or just an online shopping spree – and when in doubt, they can’t. Many of them are “regular customers,” as Wolff puts it. She recognizes the lies, she recognizes the typical behavior. Also because she saw it with her own parents.
