Great Britain mourns the loss of a popular series actor: Leonard Fenton, known from “EastEnders”, died at the age of 95.

Fans and actors of the British BBC television series “EastEnders” mourn Leonard Fenton (1926-2022): The actor died on January 29 at the age of 95. This was confirmed by his family BBC in a statement. Fenton was best known for playing TV doctor Dr. Harold Legg in the UK, which he held from 1985 to 1997. Between 2000 and 2019, the actor returned to the EastEnders family on occasion, but only for brief guest appearances. A spokesperson for the series called Felton’s part “a truly iconic character who will always be remembered”.

In the family statement, published by the BBC on Instagram, among other placesit is said that Felton’s acting career spanned more than 60 years: “He has worked in television and film and his long stage career has spanned stints at the National Theater and most recently with the Royal Shakespeare Company.”

Father of four and film actor

In addition to EastEnders, Felton has appeared in the films Robin Hood Junior (1975), Morons from Outer Space (1985), and The Zombie Diaries (2006). Felton had four children together with his wife Madeline.
