Léna Situations denies having been paid by politicians and claims to “piss off the RN for free”

Léna Situations does not appreciate the National Rally and she intends to make it known: after having recently called to “vote against” the far-right party in an Instagram story, the influencer reaffirmed her political position by proclaiming on ex-Twitter) that she was “annoying the RN for free”, reports BFM TV.

Other influencers also accused

A sentence which was a response to a comment suggesting that the content creator was paid to push her subscribers to vote – against the RN, therefore –: to another story in which she said “we will vote against the RN on June 30 and July 7″, an Internet user had in fact responded “+ €15,000 on the account for one more sale”.

Léna Situations is not the first influencer to be unfairly accused of being paid by political parties to motivate young voters. BFM TV reminds as well as while Squeezie, the 2nd most followed YouTuber in France, had publicly committed himself against the far-right, he had been criticized by Jordan Bardella denouncing the “positions of multimillionaire influencers”.

True or not, these accusations do not come out of nowhere: the influencer Jeremstar himself claimed to have been approached by a party (without naming it) asking him to put him forward for 15,000 euros. And on June 19, 2024, it was the influencer Maeva Ghennam who claimed to have been contacted by Jean-Luc Mélenchon’s office… before returning to her comments.
