She’s back just in time for the anniversary: Lena Meyer-Landrut has again occupied one of the red jury chairs in the tenth season of “The Voice Kids”. Other familiar faces are also there again.

Lena Meyer-Landrut will return as a coach for the tenth season of the Sat.1 show “The Voice Kids”. The broadcaster confirmed this on Sunday at the request of the German press agency. In addition to the 30-year-old, who paused last season, the singers Wincent Weiss (28) and Alvaro Soler (30), as well as Smudo and Michi Beck from the Fantastischen Vier (both 53) are there again.

“The red chair is practically my living room. After six seasons as a coach, nobody is fooling me,” said Meyer-Landrut in a press release. The musician replaces Silbermond singer Stefanie Kloß, who won the show in the spring with her talent Egon Werler.

Shooting with Lena Meyer-Landrut has already started

“I practiced last time and this year everyone can dress warmly,” explained Weiß. The rappers Smudo and Beck also have ambitions for victory: “It is a great honor for us to occupy the double chair again in the anniversary year of” The Voice Kids “and to share our stage and band experience with the talents.”

The shooting of the casting show for children between 7 and 15 years started over the weekend in Berlin. The anniversary season of “The Voice Kids” should then be shown on Sat.1 next spring.

What became of the stars of "Caught in the Act"?

See in the video: The 90s were the decade of boy bands. The casting bands were designed as a projection screen for the adolescent fantasies, especially of teenage girls. One of the successful groups was the Dutch-British band “Caught in the Act”.
