As the US portal “TMZ” reports, Britney’s attorney Mathew Rosengart is now demanding that the 69-year-old comment on allegations of a documentary that a private security company had tapped Britney Spears’ phone in the past.
In addition, the lawyer asks Jamie Spears in court to testify about attached listening devices in Britney’s bedroom!
The singer lives under her father’s tutelage, which was awarded to him in 2008 after Britney suffered a mental breakdown.
A judge ended this on Britney’s finances and will see if he can end all guardianship at a hearing on November 12th. In court, Jamie Spears claimed that he supported this and that the years of surveillance are now considered degrading.
Attorney Rosengart has argued in court that Jamie Spears changed course because he mishandled his daughter’s assets and hoped to avoid an investigation into his actions.
