A 14-year-old was beaten up in Landshut by several other youths. The boy was with three friends on the Isargestade when he received a call from an unknown number, the police said on Monday. The caller announced that a group would come and beat him up. In fact, a little later, 15 to 20 young people, each around the age of 14, came and surrounded the boy, said a police spokeswoman.
Three of them are said to have hit the 14-year-old in the face and stomach and kicked his shin. A witness of the crime allegedly intervened and called the police. Then the group of young people ran away, it was said. The police spokeswoman said that the background to the violence on Saturday evening was, according to initial findings, disputes in the school.
