The Landsberg teacher, who did not want to wear a mask in class and who agitated against the state, loses her official status. That was decided by the Munich administrative court. “Against the defendant is recognized on the disciplinary measure of removal from the civil service relationship,” it says on the part of the court.
Specifically, this means that she is no longer allowed to teach and loses her pension entitlement. The 51-year-old taught at a high school for 13 years. She did not want to adhere to the Corona requirements; at a demonstration she spoke of “indoctrination” against the children.
In an interview with a conspiracy theorist, she said that all politics were made up of “puppet figures”. She no longer appeared on duty. The judge did not recognize her certificates at the hearing last week.
The decision is not yet final, the teacher can appeal. Then the case would go to the Administrative Court.
