According to BILD information, shortly before 8 p.m., an unknown cyclist was hit by several shots in the southern inner city. He collapsed dead in the middle of the street. The shooter then fled the scene.
The police cordoned off the crime scene
“There was a homicide,” confirmed a police spokesman. Further details on the motive for the crime and the identity of the victim are not yet available. Apparently the bloody deed had taken place on Garnstrasse. The police then cordoned off the crime scene.
The perpetrator is said to be on the run. The police launched a major search.
