King Charles III received an audience with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at Buckingham Palace.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy (45) has embarked on a surprise trip to Europe. King Charles III received in London. (74) the Ukrainian head of state. King Charles III: “We were all worried”

According to the “BBC”, King Charles said to his prominent guest during the audience: “We have all been worried about you and have been thinking of your country for quite some time”. President Zelenskyy, who was Ukraine’s first head of state to be received by an English monarch, thanked Charles in his Instagram statement for supporting “Ukrainian citizens who have found refuge from the war in the United Kingdom”. Before his visit to Buckingham Palace, Zelenskyj addressed the British Parliament and met with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak (42), who greeted the President upon his arrival at the airport.
