Many have trouble falling asleep at night. A decades-old technology is now being rediscovered by more and more people. It dates back to World War II and was once intended to help US soldiers fall asleep. Here’s how it works: First, relax your face in a comfortable position. jaw muscles, the tongue, the mouth.
