The first victory in season six: Once again, Joko and Klaas earned 15 minutes of live broadcast on Wednesday.

In the first episode of the new season, Joko Winterscheidt (44) and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (39) lost to their home and farm broadcaster last week. In the second edition of “Joko & Klaas versus ProSieben” on May 2nd, however, the moderator duo was victorious. Winterscheidt and Heufer-Umlauf have thus earned their usual prize money for the first time since the winter break: 15 minutes of broadcasting at their leisure, which can be seen on May 3rd from 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben. The new “TV total” episode will then run afterwards.

Bumpy start for Joko and Klaas

As usual, the two should first prove themselves in six games in order to secure as many advantages as possible for the final. But the start of the evening was pretty bumpy for the duo. In the first game “Kentucky screams flipping” they failed at the task of throwing several objects in a way similar to the “bottle flip” challenge that has been popular on the Internet in recent years so that after a full rotation they land on their underside and on the stay on the ground.

A trip to a virtual adventure with VR glasses and a duel against ex-“Bachelor” Paul Janke (41) and actor Axel Stein (41) were much more successful, in which they should drive cars as close as possible to each other. A difference of a single centimeter led Winterscheidt and Heufer-Umlauf to victory. “It couldn’t have been more exciting,” commented moderator Steven Gätjen (50).

In the fourth game against the singers Lary (36) and Elif (30), they successfully demonstrated their talent for recognizing songs that were sung and played at a different speed. However, the moderators could not win a third duel – against comedian Michael Bully Herbig (55) and entertainer Ross Antony (48). You should cut out the smallest possible snippets from posters and the respective partner should guess which motif was shown.

What did Joko and Klaas have with King Charles III. to do?

In a battle against different machines, Winterscheidt and Heufer-Umlauf were then successful again. In the end, they were able to win a total of four advantages for the final. Here the duo was supposed to solve several children’s puzzles, which they finally succeeded in doing.

Due to their defeat in the first broadcasts, Winterscheidt and Heufer-Umlauf have to go to the coronation of King Charles III on May 6th. (74) are available as live commentators for one hour for Sat.1. On Wednesday, however, they will first show their 15-minute show, in which they like to play tricks, but have also repeatedly addressed important topics in the past. The new episodes of “Joko & Klaas versus ProSieben” always run on Tuesdays from 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben.
