Amber Heard brought up the name of top model Kate Moss in a Virginia court. Experts believe she may have enabled Johnny Depp’s lawyers to call Moss as a witness.
It may have been a pivotal moment in Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s defamation trial. In testifying on the witness stand, Heard brought up information that someone allegedly brought to her. Namely that Depp is said to have pushed his ex-girlfriend Kate Moss down the stairs.

It is quite possible that Moss could now be called to the witness stand by the superstar’s lawyers. Where she – the Depps team might promise – would testify for her ex-boyfriend.
Johnny Depp and Kate Moss were the hot couple in the 1990s. They were in a relationship for four years, the relationship was considered turbulent. The top model and the actor met in 1994 in New York’s Café Tabac. Depp was already a superstar back then, having caused a stir with his performances in “Edward Scissorhands” and “Gilbert Grape”. Kate Moss belonged to the ranks of supermodels and earned millions. When they met, Depp was 31 and Moss was significantly younger at 20.

“I knew from the first moment we would be together,” the model once said. Together Depp and Moss traveled the world, there was no permanent residence in the life of the two. And they didn’t shy away from showing their affection in public. But as much as they were in love, their relationship behind closed doors is said to have been turbulent. Witnesses observed how the two allegedly yelled at each other in New York’s “Mark” hotel, a little later, in September 1994, Depp was arrested. The reason: damage to property. The actor is said to have vandalized his hotel room in New York. The police found Depp drunk at the time, Kate Moss was unharmed.
In her statement, Amber Heard referred to the very hotel stay where Depp allegedly pushed his then-partner. Neither Depp nor Moss have ever confirmed that violence occurred in their relationship. “I was so stupid because we did so much for our relationship. I’m the one who has to take responsibility for what happened – I was difficult dealing with her, my work got in the way and I I didn’t give her the attention I should have given her,” Depp explained in an interview with Hello magazine.
Moss, on the other hand, said in a 2012 interview with Vanity Fair magazine that Depp was one of her confidants. “There’s no one who ever really cared about me. Johnny did for a while. I believed what he said. For example, if I asked, ‘What should I do?’, he would tell me. And I missed that when I left. I really lost the feeling that I could trust anyone,” she said at the time. For years she mourned the passing of time.
If Kate Moss actually appeared as a witness in court, viewers would not only learn more about Johnny Depp as a partner, but also about the turbulent relationship between the two.
