Job and career: for whom mentoring can be worthwhile – economy

When people start a business, it is often because they themselves are missing something. That they deduce from this that many people have to feel the same way as they do. And that they then see a business in this need. It was the same with Karin Heinzl. When she lost her job in 2013, she wished so badly that she could ask someone for advice and help. “I felt very alone,” says the now 40-year-old. “But like so many women, I thought it was normal because you have to fight it out on your own.”
