Jennifer Lopez (52) is heating up the rumor mill: Has the singer gotten engaged to Hollywood star Ben Affleck (49)? The reason for the speculation: The 52-year-old appears to be wearing a large diamond ring on her left hand in a new paparazzi photo released on Thursday.
According to Page Six, Lopez seen shopping for furniture with her 14-year-old daughter Emme in Culver City, California. In the pictures, which the celebrity page of the “New York Post” shows, the star wears large sunglasses, a wide, colorful dress – and the eye-catching ring.
It wouldn’t be Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s first engagement. The two had already planned their wedding about 20 years ago. In 2004, after two years together, they announced their separation. In the same year, the musician and actress married Marc Anthony (53). With him she had the twins Emme and Max in 2008. Affleck also said yes to another: He married Jennifer Garner (49) in 2005, with whom he has three children: Violet (16), Seraphina (13) and Sam (10).
Love comeback a year ago
In the spring of 2021, fans of the two could be happy: Lopez and Affleck got back together after the singer broke her engagement to former baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez (46).
A few weeks ago there were rumors that the celebrity couple was taking the next step in their relationship: the two allegedly want to buy a villa together. This was reported by the US celebrity portal “TMZ”. Accordingly, they want to buy a property in the posh Bel Air district of Los Angeles for 50 million US dollars (about 46 million euros). According to the report, Lopez and Affleck plan to move into the mansion with their children.
According to TMZ, the house is almost 2,000 square meters. It has ten bedrooms and 17 bathrooms. The villa also includes several kitchens, a cinema, a gym and a pool. In addition, the property is shielded by many trees all around, but should still offer an incredible view of the city.
