Very few buildings and art treasures survive intact over the centuries. Conflagrations, soldiers, robbers, these are the names of the enemies of all cultural assets. The greatest treasure of the town near Landshut is a late Gothic St. Mary’s Church, which sits squat in the center of the town. With the power of its three ships, the church survived many war hardships.
