From this Monday, colleges and high schools will open their doors again, in whole classes for 6th and 5th grade only, in half-gauge for the others.

The question of self-tests
Jean-Michel Blanquer preferred to focus on self-tests: “we will deliver 60 million between May and June (…) from May 10 for high school students, who will be able to test themselves once a week”. “It is a new constraint” he agreed, who hopes that the high school students will be able “in the long term” to carry out the self-tests at home and not during school time. As for the teachers, they will be tested twice a week.
“At this stage, we do not know how we are going to be able to get all the high school students to go through once a week (…) that would require sessions from Monday 5 am to Friday midnight without interruption, it is impractical”, had deplored a few years ago. days Philippe Vincent, general secretary of the main union of school leaders (SNPDEN). This Sunday, Jean-Michel Blanquer indicated that 1,700 “mediators” had been recruited “to help with screening”.
