In the semifinals of “The Masked Singer” there were two revelations. This is how Jasna Fritzi Bauer and Rúrik Gíslason experienced the show.

In the semifinals of the current season of “The Masked Singer” there were two revelations on Saturday evening (April 16). Jasna Fritzi Bauer (33) and Rúrik Gíslason (34) came to light. “It was really humiliating,” Bauer describes with a laugh as she puts on her starfish costume after she left. In an interview with ProSieben the actress explained that she had to climb in while lying down and be hoisted up. She then got her head put on – also with help.

The same procedure when undressing. She always made sure that nobody touched her. Because under the pink sequin creation it was “very, very hot” and she “sweated madly”. In other words, “It was really gross!”

“I look forward to putting on my own clothes”

Rúrik Gíslason, who was also unmasked in the semifinals, had similar experiences. His gorilla costume is slowly starting to stink, the Icelandic ex-soccer player explained to ProSieben after his exit. He is now looking forward to “putting on his own clothes”.

But Bauer and Gíslason don’t want to miss out on the experience with “The Masked Singer”. They especially enjoyed singing. “I love singing,” said Bauer, who has already acted in musicals. Gíslason also “really enjoyed singing”. So much so that he’s considering continuing to make music. “I would like to learn more,” he said. Maybe he’ll take singing lessons.

The semifinals of “The Masked Singer”

The moment the covers fell was preceded by some guessing fun. The established advice team around Ruth Moschner (46) and Rea Garvey (48) was supported by the musician Nico Santos (29) in the semifinals of the sixth season of “The Masked Singer” (always on Saturdays, from 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben and Joyn).

When the gorilla performed “I Want It That Way” by the Backstreet Boys, Moschner could imagine both Rúrik Gíslason and actor Heiner Lauterbach (69). Due to the great dance performance, however, Santos said that Detlef D! Soost (51) stuck in a gorilla costume. Garvey also thought that the gorilla was a great dancer, but that the more he moved, the more he moved, the more the tones landed “left and right” – his tip: Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (38).

The starfish performed “Starlight” by Muse. Garvey had no idea at all, but considered the starfish performance on Saturday evening to be the most successful of the season so far. Santos heard a “soul voice” that could belong to the influencer Bianca Claßen (29). Moschner considered the actresses Andrea Sawatzki (59) or Esther Schweins (51) possible, moderator Matthias Opdenhövel (51) also brought up the viewer idea Katja Riemann (58). After the second performance of the starfish with “Don’t Rain On My Parade” by Barbra Streisand (79), the name Jasna Fritzi Bauer was also mentioned.

In the final on Saturday (April 23) are the disco ball, the orc, the zebra and the thorny devil.
