Italian agent Mino Raiola died on Saturday at the age of 54, his entourage said in a statement. He had been placed in intensive care following respiratory problems in January. The Italian media had announced his death on Thursday April 28, information which had been denied.
“It is with infinite sadness that we announce the passing of the most caring and brilliant players’ agent that has ever existed,” wrote his loved ones. He notably managed the interests of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Erling Haaland.
