A 13-year-old suffered minor injuries in an accident in Ismaning on Wednesday. According to the police, the student was hit by the car of a 76-year-old on her bike at around 1:30 p.m. The man from the Freising district was driving his car on Freisinger Strasse in the direction of Ismaning and turned right at the junction with Münchner Strasse.
At the same time, the youth coming from Erich-Zeitler-Strasse crossed the street via a pedestrian ford. In the collision with the car, the girl fell and was slightly injured. The 13-year-old was taken to hospital for treatment; the man was unharmed. The total damage is estimated at several thousand euros. Traffic had to be diverted to record the accident, and the Munich traffic police took over the investigation.
