The investigative journalist from the online portal T-Online is represented in the trial before the district court by an expert in constitutional complaints. But even the Hamburg criminal defense attorney Gerhard Strate, 74, cannot prevent the conviction – although he directly questions the constitutionality of the regulation in question.
