In recidivism, a motorist in prison after having run over three teenage girls

He had been in custody since Friday evening. On Sunday he was taken to prison. Accused of hitting three teenage girls in the town of Ploeren (Morbihan) on Friday around 8:30 p.m., a 32-year-old motorist was imprisoned. A decision that can be explained by several factors. First, because the respondent was driving drunk and under the influence of drugs. But also because he had already been convicted of similar facts in the past,
report The Telegram.

The first elements of the investigation opened after the accident which took place very close to Vannes suggest that the driver was greeting friends when he collided with the three young women, who were walking on the sidewalk. The three victims were hospitalized. Two of them were seriously injured and had to be operated on for multiple fractures. The respondent, a 32-year-old mason from the Vannes region, was driving a van when he collided with the three young women aged 16 to 17.
