Boris “Yellow” Pfeiffer was a member of the medieval rock band In Extremo for 24 years. Now the 53-year-old has apparently died in a Corona demo in Wandlitz.

Musician Boris Pfeiffer has died at the age of 53. This was announced by the medieval rock band In Extremo, to which Pfeiffer belonged for a long time, on their Facebook page. “It is with dismay and regret that we learned of the death of our long-time companion Boris,” it said. “24 years together on stage was more than just a moment. Our thoughts are with his family! We hope you are doing well where you are now!”

As the “Märkische Oderzeitung” reports, Pfeiffer died during a Corona demo dubbed a “walk” in Wandlitz, Brandenburg. The musician’s death had previously been reported in a Telegram group in which the demonstrations are organized. The police had already announced on Monday that there had been one death during the demonstration on Tuesday evening.
