Ingredients :

Cane sugar 1.5 cl

Acid solution 2 cl (possibly 2 cl of fresh squeezed lemon juice)

Bissap (a hibiscus infusion) 4 cl (or a red fruit infusion of your choice)

1 nice strawberry

2 raspberries

2 mint leaves

Sprinkle with ginger beer (ginger ale)

Add hibiscus leaves (or any other infusion) for decoration
