How do you deal with a man who has just landed a world hit? Such guys often float in other spheres, develop quirks and at some point are only on the road with entourage. So you should be on your guard. But then Peter Thorwarth arrives, he and his wife Nele Kiper are strolling down Fraunhoferstrasse – and nothing indicates that half of Hollywood is after him. “Blood Red Sky” is the name of the thriller, which the Munich-based director wrote and directed – and which the film world is currently talking about: Since it started streaming at the end of July, it has been seen in more than 50 million households worldwide and was number one on the Netflix charts in 57 countries, under others in the USA, Brazil and Saudi Arabia.
