Hot topic: Speech in the Kremlin: Putin declares four Ukrainian territories to be Russian territory

At a ceremony in Moscow, President Putin announced that the Russian-held Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, parts of Zaporizhia and Kherson would be annexed. There are now four new Russian territories.
