Hot topic: Constitutional Court declares German participation in the EU’s Corona reconstruction fund to be legal

According to a ruling by the Federal Constitutional Court, Germany is allowed to participate in the EU’s multi-billion euro Corona reconstruction fund. The Second Senate in Karlsruhe rejected two constitutional complaints.
