The two-time title holder won the India tournament in a thrilling semi-final against Australia after a 2-0 deficit 4: 3 (0: 2) and will meet world champions Belgium or the Netherlands in his fifth final on Sunday (2:30 p.m. / DAZN).

The team of national coach André Henning earned three goals from Gonzalo Peillat (42nd/51st and 58th minute) and Niklas Wellen (59th) against the silver medalist of the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2021.
