The solidarity evening organized as part of the Telethon on Saturday evening in Saint-Lumine-de-Coutais, a small town located between Machecoul and Nantes (Loire-Atlantique). The gendarmes had to intervene for two incidents during this tonic evening which was “particularly tense” according to the emergency services.
Firefighters first had to intervene around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday to rescue an 18-year-old man who had been hit by a car. Seriously injured, the victim was transported medically by the SMUR to the Nantes University Hospital.
