Head-on collision in Ebersberg – Ebersberg

According to the police, only minor injuries, but two total losses are the result of a head-on collision between two cars on Schwabener Straße in Ebersberg. At around 5 p.m. early Monday evening, a 59-year-old was driving out of town while a 62-year-old was driving his car into town. For reasons that have not yet been clarified, he steered onto the oncoming lane and collided head-on with the other car.

The driver and her passenger were slightly injured in the collision, the 62-year-old was unharmed. The vehicles were totaled, the total amount is estimated at 30,000 euros.

The road was completely closed for a few minutes for the purpose of treating the injured and recording the accident, after which traffic was alternately diverted to one lane at the scene of the accident.
