He invented the first bike helmet lock

If the bicycle or scooter helmet is necessary for safety, the latter very often remains in the cupboards. Too cumbersome for regular cyclists, the helmet is even unavailable on self-service vehicles. It is to answer this problem that the Villeurbannais Eliès Hamzaoui invented a lock for helmet to be fixed directly on his bicycle or his scooter.

An invention that will have enabled him to win, at the beginning of May, one of the gold medals of the prestigious Lépine competition at the Paris Fair as well as a prize from the Prefecture of Paris. With this kit, the company OBH (On Board Helmet) intends to become a real comfort solution for all users of these vehicles. But the company also wants to become a major partner for scooter and bicycle operators to improve everyone’s safety.

For the time being, the OBH company has introduced 20 minutes the prototype of its lock before its commercialization scheduled for June 13.
