Hatred and agitation: German investigators remain powerless against Telegram politics

The messenger service Telegram, which is driving some police officers and prosecutors to despair, was originally developed by Russian programmers to evade Putin’s surveillance state. Anyone chatting here can remain anonymous. But right-wing extremists and conspiracy ideologues have long been rushing over the platform, and jihadists are romping about here.
