Haar near Munich – new offices in the old retirement home – district of Munich

The employees in the Haarer town hall get more space. A part of the administration will soon be moving to the former Maria Stadler building. This week the files will be moved from City Hall to the new offices. The former retirement home, which is only separated from the town hall by a small green courtyard, has been renovated and rebuilt. According to Mayor Andreas Bukowski (CSU), the work has now been completed. Staff apartments were created on the top floor, apartments for still mobile seniors on the first floor, who should be able to book additional services. And on the ground floor of the building, which once housed almost 100 senior citizens, parts of the administration are now moving in because the old town hall has long since become far too small. The building administration was to be housed in the Maria Stadler House. The new Maria Stadler house was built on the edge of the art nouveau park and was occupied in June 2019. The new building had become necessary because the old retirement home no longer met the legal requirements for accessibility and space.
