Grünwald – Greens call for the establishment of an energy fund – Munich district

The Greens are calling for an aid fund or something similar to be set up in Grünwald, so that the energy money of 300 euros that is not urgently needed can be given to financially weaker citizens in an unbureaucratic manner. The Greens are asking for it in the municipal council. “In Grünwald, too, the increased energy prices and rising inflation will bring quite a few people into greater financial difficulties,” says municipal councilor Ingrid Reinhart. This mainly affects low earners, pensioners, but also many who are already financially challenged by rent and the cost of living and do not receive any state support. “At the same time, there are many here who do not urgently need the state energy money themselves and would like to make it available to the group of people mentioned,” believes Reinhart. A few days ago, Oberhaching’s mayor, Stefan Schelle (CSU), made such a proposal for his community.
