The location where the Greens want to present their program for the European elections this Thursday has been carefully chosen. The party leadership will appear in front of the cameras at midday in Berlin’s “Amplifier” – a more than 120-year-old industrial complex owned by AEG. The company has long been history; today the brick building represents the transformation of the industry and has become the meeting point for the digital economy. Apparently a suitable place for the Greens to rethink fundamentals.
