Grasbrunn – fire brigade searches for dog with drone – district of Munich

It is thanks to the drone squadron of the Grasbrunn volunteer fire brigade that they got their runaway dog ​​back intact after hours. The dog had escaped the two women during a walk last Thursday evening in a corn field on Rathausstrasse in Putzbrunn. After the women had not been able to find the dog by Friday noon, the Grasbrunn drone squadron moved out. The rescuers systematically searched the maize field with a thermal imaging camera on the remote-controlled aircraft. After almost 20 minutes, the camera recorded a small warm spot. The dog was caught in the corn with the four-meter-long leash and could no longer move. Firefighters freed the animal and brought it back to its owners unharmed.
