Recipe to cook at home
Ingredients:
500 g minced meat, 2 large onions, 1 can of mushrooms, 1 can of corn, 2 bell peppers, red and yellow, 200 g of cream and cheese cream, 1 cup of cream, 2 items of tomato sauce (tomato al gusto with herbs), 3 ⁄4 ​​liter vegetable stock, salt and pepper, oregano, 1 tablespoon olive oil, possibly parmesan

Preparation:
Dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat in olive oil. Also dice the peppers and add to the minced meat with the mushrooms and corn. Fry everything briefly, then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the cream, tomato sauce and cream cheese and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
When serving, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top of the soup, if you like.
Baguette goes best with it.
Also tastes good as a pasta sauce, then use less vegetable stock.
