Actor Fritz Wepper reports from rehab with a health update. He would like to regain his strength after the tumor operation.

Actor Fritz Wepper (80, “For Heaven’s Sake”) is recovering from the effects of a tumor operation in a rehabilitation clinic on Tegernsee. “I feel good here and am glad that I was able to leave the hospital,” he told the magazine “Bunte”. He will have to spend Christmas without his family because visits are not allowed in the rehabilitation clinic, but: “If everything goes well, I can go home at the beginning of the year,” he says confidently. “I look forward to every day that I can spend with my family,” he adds. Until then he works on his fitness. “Now, after a long period in rehab, I want to strengthen my heart, lungs and muscles. I want to be as independent and mobile as possible again,” says Wepper.
